Salary: $23.50 hourly for 40 hours per week

Location: Edmonton, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Supervision: 3-4 peoples

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to act as a spokesperson for an organization, advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, and answer written and oral inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies and programs, gather, research, and prepare communications material, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • The candidates should be able to answer inquiries and provide information to customers, arrange for refunds and credits, explain the type and cost of services offered, and issue receipts and other forms
  • The candidates should be able to explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
