Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to act as spokesperson for an organization and advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
- The candidates should be able to answer written and oral inquiries and address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies and programs, gather, research, and prepare communications material, and answer inquiries and provide information to customers
- The candidates should be able to arrange for refunds and credits, explain the type and cost of services offered, and issue receipts and other forms
- The candidates should be able to explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, answer clients’ inquiries, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
