Salary: $29.25 hourly for 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 3170 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC V5R 5K1, Canada

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have attention to detail

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to answer written and oral inquiries, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and answer inquiries to provide information to customers
  • The candidates should be able to arrange for refunds and credits, explain the type and cost of services offered, and issue receipts and other forms
  • The candidates should be able to obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, inquiries, and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services, and perform general office duties
  • The candidates should be able to receive and log complaints, receive payments, and explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients
  • The candidates should be able to maintain and manage a digital database, answer clients’ inquiries, and provide information
  • The candidates should be able to consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and deliver customer service
