Supervision: 11-15 People, Retail Salespersons, and Sales Clerks
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Cannabis processing
Area of work experience: Operations
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate, focus on clients, and have efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should be able to communicate orally with excellence, stay organized, and be reliable
- The candidates should be able to work effectively as a team player, be dependable, and show initiative
- The candidates should be able to multitask and demonstrate leadership
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise staff (apprentices, stagehands, design team, etc.), assign sales workers to duties, and hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- The candidates should be able to order merchandise, sell merchandise, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, and coach
- The candidates should be able to greet customers
