Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, On Call, Flexible Hours, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows
Security and safety: Bondable

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should have a strong attention to detail, even when performing repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should possess good hand-eye coordination to perform tasks accurately and efficiently

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to receive and register documents for data entry, enter data according to specified format, and verify accuracy and completeness
  • The candidates should be able to store, update, and maintain databases, perform backup procedures for data preservation, and perform general office duties
  • The candidates should be able to classify, label, and store diskettes/disks and tapes of data, create digital records using a scanner, and transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents
