Work setting: Recreational facility/institution, and school or educational institution/establishment
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smokers and be able to handle weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize punctuality and have a focus on client needs, while demonstrating dependability and possessing efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral communication, exhibit flexibility, and show initiative while exercising good judgment and upholding values and ethics
- The candidates should be organized, reliable, and team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors thoroughly, disinfect operating rooms and other areas effectively, and handle and report lost and found items promptly
- The candidates should be able to attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items courteously, provide basic information on facilities accurately, and pick up debris and empty trash containers efficiently
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties diligently, as well as clean changing rooms and showers thoroughly
