Sunvalley Kids Montessori based in Calgary, AB is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Daycare worker. Sunvalley Kids Montessori aims to develop a generation of individuals who can find well-being, fulfillment and success as adults. We accomplish this by honing skills like persistence, self-control, constructive curiosity, optimism, conscientiousness, grit, zest, and self-confidence. Our mission is to cultivate a safe, nurturing and welcoming community of children, families, and staff guided by the Montessori philosophy. We hire foreign workers to fill labour or skill shortages on a temporary basis. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. This position of Daycare worker is approved by LMIA.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 year
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs and preparing crafts
- The candidate should be able to prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods
- The candidate should be able to submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors and also attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children
