Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should genuinely care about our customers’ shopping experience and take initiative and work well with minimal supervision
- The candidates should have demonstrated leadership skills and previous experience in retail or another service industry
- The candidates should enjoy working with people and be respectful, upfront, and act with integrity
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to help create a fun, safe, and unique shopping experience for customers as a Night Supervisor (Team Leader Trainee) at Princess Auto
- The candidates should be able to lead Team Members in their department to complete store plans and tasks
- The candidates should be able to respond to Team Member and customer inquiries with category-specific product knowledge
- The candidates should be able to support on-the-job training and development of Team Members and maintain a safe and respectful work environment
- The candidates should be able to manage loss prevention processes and merchandise products effectively
- The candidates should be able to ensure the warehouse is kept tidy, and products are stored safely with correct inventory allocation
