Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have minimum of College Degree/Certificate; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience: Candidates should have 2+ years of programmatic media trading experience, with proficiency in at least one Demand-Side Platform (DSP)

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 1+ year of experience in creating, executing, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns with at least one Demand-Side Platform (DSP)
  • The candidate should demonstrate experience in leveraging data to provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance
  • The candidate should have experience executing campaigns in The Trade Desk programmatic platform
  • The candidate should have proficiency in Microsoft Office is a required skill for the candidate
  • The candidate should possess a strong analytics background, demonstrating the ability to triangulate between data, brand goals, and opportunities to make recommendations and optimize plans
  • The candidate should have an understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics is expected from the candidate

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to be responsible for Programmatic tactical plan creation, including audience creation, campaign set up, execution, tagging/trafficking creative assets, and reporting within the P&G programmatic marketing platform
  • They should be able to apply complex audience targeting and retargeting set up and execution
  • The candidate should be able to monitor campaign pacing and performance in line with Brand goals and objectives, making ongoing campaign optimization recommendations
  • They should be able to measure the impact and effectiveness of campaigns using quantitative and qualitative metrics
  • The candidate should be able to present campaign recaps and insights to the team
  • They should work closely with Digital Media and Marketing Technology supplier teams, acting as the tactical Programmatic media subject matter expert to ensure the technical capabilities needed to enable and optimize media plans are implemented
  • The candidate should be able to collaborate with the broader media team to build capability and/or make strategic shift recommendations within platforms
  • They should be able to lead learning agendas across several brands, inclusive of measuring, optimizing, and disseminating findings to the broader organization
  • The candidate should be able to work successfully across in-house teams and key media and creative agency teams for full integration of media and communications plans
