Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should work in conditions that may involve exposure to various weather elements and work shift schedules or with staggered starting and stopping times
  • The candidates should be eligible to work in the country of interest at the time of any employment offer, with responsibility for obtaining required work permits, visas, or other authorizations
  • The candidates should have proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar, understand and use aircraft terminology and exhibit a strong aptitude for mathematics

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to sort and merge documents, reports, and similar materials, edit and proofread documents with attention to detail, work effectively under pressure and demonstrate flexibility and adapt to changing priorities
  • The candidates should be able to prepare, maintain, validate, input, and update data, files, records, documents, and manuals and receive, index, and revise manuals or data and prepare correspondence professionally
  • The candidates should be able to receive and direct all incoming calls efficiently and provide assistance for outgoing calls, including directory assistance and calling cards and refer external customers to appropriate departments or employees
  • The candidates should be able to assist colleagues within the department and liaise effectively with internal and external customers and research, resolve, and respond to customer issues and queries, both verbally and in writing and work independently with minimal or no supervision
  • The candidates should be able to design, compose, format, and produce correspondence, reports, and documents using various software applications and prepare third-party billings accurately
  • The candidates should be able to handle cash, cheques, and related documentation securely and verify and process invoices, claims, and expenses and coordinate and arrange presentations, seminars, training sessions, and interviews and build, update, and maintain schedules and staff rosters
  • The candidates should be able to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines and comply with government regulations, company policies, collective agreements, and procedures and administer collective agreements effectively and control distribution and maintain company and technical publications
  • The candidates should be able to maintain a high level of accuracy in their work and operate specific department or company software programs proficiently, develop and maintain accurate schedules and maintain confidentiality at all times
