Little Footprints Academy (Peace Arch) Inc is an early learning center and daycare with an in-house curriculum designed to engage, encourage and support each child’s unique learning style since 2005. We are dedicated to providing opportunities for students to discover their passions and interests, and help them develop the life skills and confidence they need to flourish. Our dedicated and committed team are passionate about teaching and their care is reflected in the confidence and love that is reciprocated by the children in our infant, toddler, prekindergarten, multi-age and school age programs. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $26.50 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to support early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children and also engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs and preparing crafts
- The candidate should be able to assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records and also submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors
- The candidate should be able to prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods
- The candidate should be able to discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings
