Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work independently and work in a fast-paced environment
• The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks and work under pressure
• The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks
• The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, kneel and walk

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be organized and reliable
• The candidates should be able to work as a team player and be quick learners

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clear fields of wood and stones and plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
• The candidates should be able to perform weeding and clean work area
• The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops and harvest crops
• The candidates should be able to perform general farm duties and perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
