Salary: $20.00 hourly 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years’
Security and safety: Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures, co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
- The candidates should be able to develop work schedules and establish procedures, ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
- The candidates should be able to maintain quality control and production records, supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
- The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs
