Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Product development, Breads and rolls
Credentials: Baker Trade Certification
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should possess a keen attention to detail to ensure precision in their work, demonstrating manual dexterity in performing intricate tasks
- The candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding tasks as part of their job responsibilities and comfortable performing repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods as required by the nature of the work and be capable of working efficiently under tight deadlines
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate in their work, maintaining a high standard of precision and exercising good judgment in decision-making processes
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability, consistently fulfilling assigned tasks and responsibilities, and be reliable, instilling confidence in their colleagues and supervisors
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
- The candidates should be able to bake mixed dough and batters, ensuring that the quality of products meets established standards
- The candidates should be able to inspect kitchen and food service areas and organize and maintain inventory
