Salary: $15.83 hourly for 32 to 60 hours per week
Employment Type: Full time, Seasonal employment
Location: Aylmer, ON
Shifts: Day
Work setting: Rural area
Work site environment: Candidates should work in other miscellaneous crop farming, outdoors, wet/damp, noisy, dusty and hot place
Transportation/travel information: Own transportation required
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work overtime, under pressure, in fast-paced environment, maintain tight deadlines, perform repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads, pay attention to detail, sit, walk, stand for extended periods and also for bending, crouching, kneeling
- The candidate should be physically strong and also a combination of sitting, standing, walking
- The candidate should have hand-eye co-ordination
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able for grading, greenhouse cleaning, suckering and also weeding
- The candidate should be able to clean crop, hoe crops, plant, cultivate and irrigate crops and also harvest crops
