Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 – $500,000
Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, Electronic cash register, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Point of sale system, and Spreadsheet
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadlines consistently
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks efficiently, handle heavy loads as necessary, and cope with physically demanding work
- The candidates should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in their tasks, adapt to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking during work, and be comfortable standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be prepared for a large workload and willing to work overtime as required

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations effectively, ensuring smooth functioning of the establishment, and determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures accordingly, aligning with organizational goals and customer needs
- The candidates should be able to balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms accurately, maintaining financial transparency and accountability, and conduct performance reviews of staff members regularly, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement
- The candidates should be able to cost products and services appropriately, considering factors such as materials, labor, and overhead costs, and organize and maintain inventory efficiently, optimizing stock levels and minimizing waste
- The candidates should be able to monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices as needed to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed rigorously, creating a safe environment for both customers and staff
- The candidates should be able to negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, securing favorable terms and maintaining good relationships, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- The candidates should be able to develop, implement, and analyze budgets effectively, managing resources efficiently to achieve financial objectives, and participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting the establishment and attracting customers
- The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance closely, ensuring adequate coverage and productivity, and address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction
- The candidates should be able to provide exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships and enhancing the reputation of the establishment
