Salary: $19.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be open to overtime requirements as necessary
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to work efficiently under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong focus on client satisfaction, possess efficient interpersonal skills in client interactions, and exhibit excellent oral communication abilities
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to client needs, show initiative in addressing client concerns and tasks, and be organized in managing client-related responsibilities
- The candidates should be reliable in delivering quality service to clients and be effective team players in a client-centric environment
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travelers cheques, or room billings
- The candidates should be able to advise on menu selections
- The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
- The candidates should be able to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- The candidates should be able to serve food and beverages
- The candidates should be able to take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
- The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service
