Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable with a field-based position that consists of 80% service and 20% selling
  • The candidates should be available for a work schedule that may include 12-hour shifts, a 5-day workweek, occasional weekends, and night shifts
  • The candidates should be prepared for alternating on-call coverage, which may include occasional weekends, holidays, and night calls and be willing to work overtime

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to participate in training to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment and other related equipment used in commercial foodservice or laundry operations
  • The candidates should be able to develop their territory by working alongside distributor representatives to promote and sell products
  • The candidates should be able to deliver exceptional service to ensure customer retention and provide superior customer support
  • The candidates should be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to dispensing and operational equipment
  • The candidates should be able to educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of installed equipment
  • The candidates should be able to maintain accurate service records and report on service activities
  • The candidates should be able to adhere to company policies and safety standards while performing maintenance tasks
