Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, Quick Books

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have attention to detail and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate, dependable, and possess efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should have a client focus, excellent oral and written communication, and good judgment
  • The candidates should be flexible, organized, and reliable, demonstrating strong time management skills and the ability to work as team players

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • The candidates should be able to keep financial records, establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • The candidates should be able to maintain general ledgers, post journal entries, and prepare a trial balance of books
  • The candidates should be able to prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports, as well as reconcile accounts
