Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of a Grade 12 High School Diploma
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be a Canadian citizen or a Permanent Resident, be a minimum of 19 years of age and legally entitled to work in Canada
- The candidates should have a strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust built with passengers, partners, and communities.
- The candidates should have enthusiasm for contributing to the organization’s unique mission, whether through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to pass a reach test of 210 cm from flat foot, possess and retain a valid passport and be able to fly into the United States
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform required work duties in an aircraft environment
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate and announce safety briefings to passengers
- The candidates should be able to respond to and communicate any onboard information to passengers
- The candidates should be able to conduct all interactions in a positive, customer-service-focused approach when helping passengers and communicating with fellow team members
- The candidates should be able to guide or direct (verbally or non-verbally) passengers during emergency situations to minimize impact and protect passengers and crew members, ensure passengers’ comfort and safety at all times
