Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding work, able to perform repetitive tasks, and capable of handling heavy loads
- The candidates should have good manual dexterity and be comfortable working at heights, in noisy environments, and in dusty or dangerous conditions
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dependable, reliable, and hardworking
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, perform pre-operational inspections, and read blueprints to determine work requirements
- The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades, as well as mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
- The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, building roofs, cleaning and piling salvaged materials, and performing routine maintenance work
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, make minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- The candidates should be able to perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair and install metal stud framing and furring for interior drywall or plaster walls and ceilings using hand and power tools
