Salary: $35.00 to $50.00 hourly (To be negotiated) 140 to 160 hours per month

Shifts: Day, Flexible Hours, 08:00 to 17:00
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence, Own vehicle
Work setting: Construction, Relocation costs covered by employer, Maintenance, Repair, Willing to relocate, Renovation, Commercial, Independently owned business, Industrial, Residential, and Manufacturing or production
Supervision: Carpenters, 3-4 people, Apprentices, and Labourers
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Credentials: Leadership for safety excellence course, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate

- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, regardless of weather conditions
- The candidates should be able to work effectively in noisy environments
- The candidates should be capable of working under pressure, maintaining productivity and quality
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required to meet project deadlines or handle workload

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise workers and projects, coordinate and schedule activities, oversee apprenticeship training, and train or arrange for training
- The candidates should be able to estimate costs and materials, set up equipment, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and recommend personnel actions
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, read blueprints and drawings, requisition materials and supplies, and resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
