Work setting: Various locations and Landscape maintenance
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and able to work in confined spaces
The candidates should be able to work in wet or damp conditions and capable of working in hot environments - The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks and capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as required for the job
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist with landscape constructions, weed, prune, and trim trees and plants, and cut grass
- The candidates should be able to cart and spread topsoil and other materials, lay sod or seed, and apply fertilizers
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment and spray or dust plants with insecticides and fungicides
