Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, Morning
Work setting: Construction, Maintenance, and Residential
Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and able to work in noisy environments
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and be willing to work overtime when required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate in their work and demonstrate good judgment in decision-making
- The candidates should be reliable in completing assigned tasks and be team players fostering collaboration within the organization
- The candidates should uphold values and ethics in their professional conduct
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise workers and projects, coordinate and schedule activities, and oversee apprenticeship training
- The candidates should be able to train or arrange for training, manage their own company, and set up equipment
- The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed, recommend personnel actions, and establish methods to meet work schedules
- The candidates should be able to read blueprints and drawings, requisition materials and supplies, and resolve work problems while recommending measures to improve productivity
