Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, capable of working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and handling heavy loads efficiently
- The candidates should be physically fit to handle demanding tasks, prepared for repetitive tasks, and comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks and be able to stand for extended periods as required by the job
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus in their interactions and tasks, possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication, and demonstrate excellent oral communication abilities
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and requirements, maintain reliability in fulfilling their duties and commitments, and be team players, fostering effective collaboration with colleagues
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bag, box, or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment, or delivery, carry customers’ purchases to the parking lot and pack orders in customers’ vehicles, and obtain articles for customers from the shelf or stockroom
- The candidates should be able to direct customers to the location of articles sought, unpack products received by the store and count, weigh, or sort items, and maintain computerized stock inventory
- The candidates should be able to stock shelves and display areas, keep stock clean and in order, and price items using stamps or stickers according to the price list
- The candidates should be able to attach protective devices to products to protect against shoplifting and perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping and mopping floors
