Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Credentials:Â Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate
Security and safety:Â Driving record check (abstract), Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be client focus, and judgmental
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to housekeeping activities
- The candidates should be able to food preparation
- The candidates should be able to supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses
- The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs
