Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of current Standard First Aid or CPR C from an accredited organization or be able to obtain it within 1 month of the date of hire
Experience: Candidates should have 1 to 2 years gymnastics or related experience cheerleading or dance

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be a minimum of 16 years of age

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate gymnastics ability during a practical and High Five Principles of Healthy Child Development or Sport Certification
  • The candidates should have NCCP Full Foundations or Level 1 certification with Risk Management and Risk in Sport
  • The candidates should have exceptional customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, and deliver high-quality, safe, and stimulating golf lessons for all levels of participants
  • The candidates should be able to keep current with industry trends and new class formats
  • The candidates should be able to provide a high level of front-line customer service, including greeting and engaging participants and communicate with participants regarding lesson opportunities
  • The candidates should be able to complete administrative duties in a timely manner attendance, incident or accident reports, opening and closing procedures
  • The candidates should be able to maintain a safe and tidy program space, ensuring equipment is set up and stored appropriately
  • The candidates should be able to report all concerns, accidents, and incidents to the immediate supervisor for follow-up and take appropriate action
  • The candidates should be able to maintain an understanding of department programs and services
  • The candidates should be able to understand, adhere to, and enforce Corporate Policies and Procedures, Confidentiality Guidelines, Emergency Procedures, and Health and Safety Standards for all participants and staff
  • The candidates should be able to attend meetings or training and maintain complete vigilance while on duty and be ready to respond to any emergency situation
