Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be experienced in other vegetables and melon farming (except potato), showcasing expertise in cultivating a variety of crops
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, showcasing adaptability to various outdoor environments
- The candidates should be adaptable to dusty conditions, demonstrating resilience to such working environments
- The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment, showcasing the ability to thrive and maintain efficiency in dynamic work settings, and have experience in handling repetitive tasks, emphasizing precision and attention to detail in task execution
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads, demonstrating physical strength and the ability to lift and carry objects of significant weight, and be physically capable of meeting the demands of a physically demanding job, demonstrating stamina and endurance
- The candidates should possess hand-eye coordination, demonstrating the ability to coordinate visual input with hand movements effectively, and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, showcasing adaptability to various work postures
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, showcasing physical endurance and resilience, and be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as required, showcasing physical agility and flexibility in performing tasks

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform grading, hand-harvest vegetables, hoe crops, and plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to engage in stone and/or wood picking, conduct vegetable culling, perform weeding, and harvest crops
