Salary: $23.08 hourly for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment – Full time, On site
Location: 3523 Allan Dr. SW, Edmonton, AB T6W 1A4
Shifts: Day, Weekend
Transportation information: Public transportation is available
Supervision: 5-10 people and Cashiers

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be attentive to detail, and be able to handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• The candidates should be able to walk as required and be capable of standing for extended periods

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be accurate in performing tasks, flexible in adapting to different responsibilities, and well-organized
• The candidates should be reliable, strong team players, and have a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and establish work schedules
• The candidates should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• The candidates should be able to supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
