Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to develop and manage budgets, prioritize projects, and allocate resources effectively
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a proven track record of driving business growth through IT innovation
- The candidates should have a strong understanding of IT trends, technologies, and best practices, excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- The candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to research and identify disruptive technologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within Kraft Heinz
- The candidates should be able to actively manage a portfolio of approximately $20MM in Capex projects annually
- The candidates should be able to oversee the health of all Growth applications, ensuring operating systems and applications are updated and fit for purpose, build, optimize, and support all Growth IT integrations
- The candidates should be able to lead a Growth IT team of 15+ internal FTEs, along with external consultants and systems integrators
- The candidates should be able to develop and execute IT strategies in collaboration with business leaders to support business expansion, innovation, and R&D initiatives
