Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan and prepare work schedules, select and employ trade subcontractors, and coordinate their activities
- The candidates should be able to inspect subcontractors’ work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications, develop and implement marketing, advertising, and sales strategies, and plan and manage budgets
- The candidates should be able to perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and develop and implement business plans
- The candidates should be able to develop and implement financial and operating plans, prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects, and work with customers, architects, and engineers regarding plans and specifications
- The candidates should be able to prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors, ensure that construction permits are obtained, and develop and implement health and safety plans
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operation
