Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to perform repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads
- The candidate should be physically demanding and a combination of bending, crouching and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be someone who can be dependent and relied on
- The candidate should be able to work with an initiative
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
- The candidate should be able to operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
- The candidate should be able to empty trash cans and other waste containers also wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
- The candidate should be able to perform safety and security checks also move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
- The candidate should be able to perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
- The candidate should be able to clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- The candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision also clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
