Shifts: Day, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Morning, 10:00 to 18:00
Work setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment, Rural area, Work in employer’s/client’s home, and Willing to relocate
Target audience: Adults, Elderly, Females, Persons with a disability, Persons with physical disabilities
Cuisine specialties: Filipino cuisine

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Tagalog
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be non-smoking

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to administer bedside and personal care with compassion and professionalism, attending to the needs of clients and ensuring their comfort and dignity
  • The candidates should be able to assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, with sensitivity and respect
  • The candidates should be able to launder clothing and household linens efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the environment
  • The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients
  • The candidates should be able to provide companionship to clients, engaging in conversation and activities to promote their well-being
