Hotel executive housekeeper

Wyndham Garden Hotel based in Leduc, AB is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Hotel executive housekeeper. Wyndham Garden Hotel is a full-service hotel which is known for its comfortable and modern rooms, exceptional service, and convenient location. Our hotel offers a variety of amenities, including an indoor pool, fitness center, restaurant, and bar, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. Our hotel amenities include a fitness center, restaurant and bar, meeting rooms, and complimentary Wi-Fi, among others, providing guests with everything they need for a relaxing and productive stay. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $25.00 to $27.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to establish and implement operational procedures for housekeeping department
  • The candidates should be able to co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas
  • The candidates should be able to ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met
  • The candidates should be able to maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and uniforms
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff
  • The candidates should be able to ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out
  • The candidates should be able to respond to complaints of guests
