Requirements:

Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to respond to work orders for in-store equipment repairs, including minor HVAC and refrigeration repairs, as well as cold beverage equipment maintenance, address plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
  • The candidates should be able to perform preventative and basic maintenance on structures and equipment such as dispensers, point-of-sale (POS) systems, computers, security equipment, and refrigeration units
  • The candidates should be able to replace ‘plug and play’ equipment, schedule and prioritize work assignments efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to conduct minor repairs on equipment, including hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, decals, HVAC filters, and water filters
  • The candidates should be able to order and manage truck parts inventory, complete daily reports and paperwork to account for time, parts, and materials usage
  • The candidates should be able to inspect equipment and determine if servicing or further action, install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
  • The candidates should be able to use hand and power tools applicable to the job, recover and dispose of refrigerants safely in compliance with regulations
  • The candidates should be able to perform preventative maintenance following published guidelines, read, understand, and enforce safety procedures
  • The candidates should be able to utilize computer-based monitoring and control devices for HVAC and associated systems, troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utility distribution system
