Salary: $22.00 to $26.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 32 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Oakville, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization’s goals, and coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • The candidates should be able to direct and control daily operations, direct staff, and evaluate daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to motivate staff, open and distribute mail and other materials, and plan and organize daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations, train staff, and establish and implement policies and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to train other workers, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and manage training and development strategies
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, oversee the analysis of employee data and information, and answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to oversee development of communication strategies, compile data, statistics, and other information, and oversee the preparation of reports
  • The candidates should be able to advise senior management, respond to employee questions and complaints, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
