Salary: $33.46 to $35.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Location: Edmonton, Ab
Shifts: Day, Evening, Shift, On Call, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, MS Excel, and MS Word
Security and safety: Bondable

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should prioritize client focus in their interactions, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and demonstrate excellent oral communication
  • The candidates should exhibit excellent written communication skills, exercise good judgment in decision-making, be reliable in meeting job responsibilities, and uphold values and ethics in the workplace

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs
  • The candidates should be able to advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements
  • The candidates should be able to research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales
  • The candidates should be able to administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
  • The candidates should be able to research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes
  • The candidates should be able to hire, train, and supervise staff
