Salary: $33.70 hourly for 30 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: #400 – 3115 12 STREET NE Calgary, AB T2E 7J2
Shifts: Day, Evening, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and exhibit excellent oral and written communication
  • The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their approach to tasks while maintaining an organized work style

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements and prepare notices and advertisements
  • The candidates should be able to collect, screen, and review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants for interviews
  • The candidates should be able to recruit graduates and coordinate selection boards to evaluate candidates
  • The candidates should be able to notify applicants of results, prepare job offers, and advise on employment terms and conditions
  • The candidates should be able to advise on staffing policies, organize staff consultations, and manage grievance procedures
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate settlements, determine eligibility for entitlements, and arrange staff training
  • The candidates should be able to provide employee assistance, counseling, and recognition programs
  • The candidates should be able to recruit, hire, and coordinate the termination of employment processes
