Salary: $15.50 to $17.50 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 to 48 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time
Location: Charlottetown, PE
Shifts: Day

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Database software, Spreadsheet, Internet, and CANTAX

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be capable of multitasking efficiently
  • The candidates should be accurate in their work and attention to detail
  • The candidates should be oriented towards client focus and satisfaction
  • The candidates should be excellent in oral communication skills
  • The candidates should be organized in their approach to tasks and responsibilities
  • The candidates should be reliable and dependable in meeting commitments

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to receive payments from customers
  • The candidates should be able to prepare tax returns
  • The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • The candidates should be able to perform reception and clerical duties
