Salary: $40,000 to $50,000 annually (To be negotiated) 37.5 hours per week Minimum wage is guaranteed

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Area of specialization: Sales, Business services
Insurance experience: Property/casualty insurance, Commercial insurance, Automobile insurance, Fire insurance, House insurance, Tenant insurance
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Windows, Internet, MS Outlook
Credentials: Provincial or territorial licence
Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract), Credit check, Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of working under tight deadlines
- The candidates should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
- The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work efficiently under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be punctual, client focus, organized, flexible, reliable, and judgmental
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish client insurance coverage, calculate premiums, and establish the method of payment
- The candidates should be able to monitor insurance claims and respond to clients’ inquiries
- The candidates should be able to sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to receive payments
- The candidates should be able to issue receipts and other forms
- The candidates should be able to answer inquiries and provide information to customers
- The candidates should be able to perform general office duties
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service
