Salary: $75,000 annually + $12,000.00 commission per sale for 37.5 hours per week (Minimum wage is guaranteed)

Security and safety: Bond required, credit should checked and criminal record should checked

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of more than one language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates need experience of 2 years to less than 3 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work under pressure
  • The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to supervise 5-10 people
  • The candidate should have working experience of insurance like health insurance and life insurance
  • The candidate should have specialization on sales

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to train staff
  • The candidate should be able to lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
