MY empower therapy inc. based in Surrey, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Receptionist. MY empower therapy inc. is a full service multidisciplinary clinic. We provide comprehensive therapy services for all learners. We specializes in Behaviour Consultancy, and Communication skills, Early intervention, and Occupational Therapy, through our Intensive intervention approach. Our goal is to provide every individual with special needs and their families the support, friendship and inclusion that they deserve. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Shifts: Day and Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public and also answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidate should be able to obtain and process information required to provide services, operate switchboard or telephone system, schedule and confirm appointments and also perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
