Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or must be Bilingual
Education: Candidates should have a College/CEGEP, or equivalent experience or Psychology or Human services or Social work or Social sciences or Mental and social health services and allied professions
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check

- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess strong attention to detail, and handle pressure effectively
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be client-focused, dependable, flexible, organized, reliable and team player
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication skills, strong interpersonal awareness and excellent written communication skills
- The candidates should exercise good judgment, uphold values and ethics and demonstrate adaptability
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to interview clients to assess their situation and determine the types of services required and eligibility
- The candidates should be able to perform administrative tasks
