Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of 2-year degree in Business
Experience: Candidates should have 1 year of experience in international education, customer service and office administration
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a related field (or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience)
- The candidates should be proficient in a second language and experience with PeopleSoft and Salesforce
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to process international applications from a specified number of countries and programs in a timely and accurate manner
- The candidates should be able to handle processing of refunds, deferrals, and follow-up inquiries
- The candidates should be able to provide accurate and timely admissions information to applicants and agent partners
- The candidates should be able to perform other related duties and assist colleagues with assorted technical processes related to admissions
