Requirements:

Experience: Candidates should have 4-6 years of outbound sales experience and be comfortable earning 100% commission

- The candidates should have be willing to complete it prior to the start date and a passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with individuals from all backgrounds
- The candidates should have experience in a direct marketing role, financial services, and demonstrated success in high-value sales and business development, regardless of industry or discipline
- The candidates should have completed the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certifications
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to leverage RBC Dominion Securities’ strong brand and reputation to build a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners while managing their complex financial
- The candidates should be able to utilize RBC’s extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans for clients
- The candidates should be able to foster trusted, long-term, often multi-generational relationships through personalized service and advice
- The candidates should be able to establish and maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners, such as Personal and Commercial Banking and Insurance, to support clients in all aspects of their financial lives
