Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need holders of other trades certificates or diplomas, or possess equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, MS Excel and MS Word
Credentials: In-house training from a law firm or law clerk program

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in a non-smoking, air-conditioned fast-paced environment and able to work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to draft legal correspondence accurately and effectively, adhering to established formats and legal standards, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to perform general office and clerical duties efficiently, including answering phones, managing schedules, and organizing documents, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of their work, including proofreading legal documents and maintaining accurate records, and communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • The candidates should be able to adapt to new technologies and software programs used in legal and office environments to enhance productivity and efficiency, and work independently on routine tasks while collaborating effectively with team members on larger projects
  • The candidates should be able to handle a high volume of work and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced office environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
