- The candidates should be able to present conclusions and recommendations to relevant executives and managers, and take charge of drafting the audit report
- The candidates should be able to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
- The candidates should be able to communicate clearly and transparently with key stakeholders regarding the scope of work, audit results, identified risks, and recommendations
- The candidates should be able to represent the team on tactical committees and provide advice and supervise, train, and coach fellow auditors
