  • The candidates should be able to lead and perform audit work independently on a specific sector or process
  • The candidates should be able to identify and assess risks and internal controls arising from activities
  • The candidates should be able to identify key areas to be audited based on identified risks and issues
  • The candidates should be able to present conclusions and recommendations to relevant executives and managers, and take charge of drafting the audit report
  • The candidates should be able to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • The candidates should be able to communicate clearly and transparently with key stakeholders regarding the scope of work, audit results, identified risks, and recommendations
  • The candidates should be able to represent the team on tactical committees and provide advice and supervise, train, and coach fellow auditors
