- The candidates should be able to and have an industry-related master’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience
- The candidates should have a CPA or CIA designation and experience in internal or external auditing
- The candidates should have knowledge of commercial products and services and solve complex problems and demonstrate innovation
- The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify and synthesize information
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to lead and perform audit work independently on a specific sector or process
- The candidates should be able to identify and assess risks and internal controls arising from activities
- The candidates should be able to identify key areas to be audited based on identified risks and issues
- The candidates should be able to present conclusions and recommendations to relevant executives and managers, and take charge of drafting the audit report
- The candidates should be able to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
- The candidates should be able to communicate clearly and transparently with key stakeholders regarding the scope of work, audit results, identified risks, and recommendations
- The candidates should be able to represent the team on tactical committees and provide advice and supervise, train, and coach fellow auditors
