Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of High school
Experience: Candidates should have 1+ years of experience in security service, asset protection, audit, investigations, law enforcement, military, risk management, inventory control and quality assurance

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and experience with MS Office Professional Suite, including Excel
  • The candidates should have analytical experience in a performance-based, action, and results-oriented setting
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently with off-site supervision
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to engage with others at all levels and experience in Workplace Violence and Business Continuity
  • The candidates should have at least 1 year of leadership or management experience and strong oral and written communication skills
  • The candidates should hold professional credentials in Loss Prevention, such as Wicklander and Zulawski certification
  • The candidates should have experience conducting internal or external interviews and experience with warehouse or distribution center services
  • The candidates should be familiar with Lean Six Sigma concepts, with certification being a plus
  • The candidates should have strong familiarity with databases (querying and analyzing) such as SQL, MYSQL, Access and Exception-Based Reporting
  • The candidates should have awareness and implementation of best practices related to the utilization of physical security systems, investigation techniques, effective oversight of contract security officers, and distribution center loss mitigation techniques

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to lead, conduct, and deliver results regarding investigations of theft, fraud, and workplace violence or critical incidents and ensure internal controls per Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements related to data center access controls, inventory control, and record keeping
  • The candidates should be able to deliver results through policy guidance, education, and mitigation strategies to help meet business demands and prepare prompt and complete reports relative to workplace violence, theft, fraud, critical incidents, and process improvement
  • The candidates should be able to serve as the department’s liaison and security or crisis management subject matter expert for site leadership, keeping them informed on key issues, strategies, and the department’s performance
  • The candidates should be able to maintain confidentiality in matters involving security and personnel issues in the workplace and analyze data, conduct audits, and identify trends to create actionable plans to mitigate risk
  • The candidates should be able to develop strategies for alarm reduction and conduct system diagnostics for problematic devices by engaging and resolving issues with internal and external partners
  • The candidates should be able to accurately communicate verbally and in written form to a broad customer base and effectively partner with internal customers in evaluating current and future security services, processes, and initiatives
  • The candidates should be able to develop projects while continuously improving physical security, processes, standards, training, and policies for future growth and train and orient new associates in LP culture
  • The candidates should be able to audit physical security infrastructure  intrusion detection, access control, cameras and ensure functionality of all systems and promote and execute security best practices
  • The candidates should be able to work weekends and overnight shifts The candidates should be able to work in an industrial environment that requires walking up to 5 miles a day and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
