Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP  certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should exhibit strong attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange training for staff and conduct performance reviews
  • The candidates should be able to work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field and establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • The candidates should be able to lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • The candidates should be able to organize regional and divisional sales operations and plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail, and other establishments
  • The candidates should be able to recruit, organize, train, and manage staff and lead/instruct groups
  • The candidates should be able to assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs and provide customer service
