Salary: $23.00 to $26.00 hourly (To be negotiated) 40 to 44 hours per week

Location: 47 Clock Tower Road North York, ON M3C 0G1
Shifts: Shift, Flexible Hours
Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be capable of working under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be client-focused, organized, and reliable
- The candidates should be team players who are client-focused, organized, and reliable
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, conduct performance reviews, and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation
- The candidates should be able to balance cash, complete financial reports, cost products and services, and organize and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to monitor revenues, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and develop, implement, and analyze budgets, including participating in marketing plans and implementation. Additionally, they should set staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, address customer complaints, provide customer service, and recruit, train, and supervise staff, leading and instructing individuals
